The 2010/11 Turnover Party will be held at Algonquin College’s fabulous Restaurant International on Friday September 30th. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with dinner at 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m, followed by brief comments from outgoing President Phil Rossy and incoming President Martin Diegel, and then dancing until 11:00 pm. For those of you who love dance music, the music will start at 7:00 pm with the serving of dinner.
To honour Martin we encourage members who own kilts to wear them. A bottle of single malt Scotch whisky (donated by Tom Burrow of Mortgage Brokers Ottawa/Knightsbridge Foreign Exchange) will be raffled off with the proceeds going to Martin’s favourite charity.
The cost for this wonderful evening of great food (this is a 5-course fixed menu – vegetarian options are available upon request), fun and dancing is only $40.00 per person. A cash bar is available. We are limited to 80 people so register early.
Please confirm your attendance by email to Kathleen Holst at HolstKR@aol.com or by purchasing tickets at our September 9 meeting. For those of you who purchase your ticket through Kathleen, please arrange for payment with Rita. All tickets must be paid for in advance and no refunds will be given.
The ISS committee looks forward to seeing you on the 30th!
