Click here for the FORM to propose a new member   To be completed by the sponsoring member then sent to the Kiwanis office.  The office will forward a copy to the Membership Committee for review and approval at their next committee meeting.  Following committee approval, the application is passed to the Board of Directors for approval.

Bon Appetit Ottawa, Kiwanis Silent Auction - On Tuesday, May 4, 2010, from 5:30 - 9:00, our Bon Appetit Silent Auction Committee will be holding our 11th Annual Silent Auction at the Bon Appetit Food and Beverage Extravaganza at Lansdowne Park. Over 2,000 people are wooed by more than 90 of the region’s top Restaurants, Wineries and Breweries, and this event sells out every year. Eat and drink to your heart's content for only $75.00! Tickets to the event can be purchased from Tom Spence at our Friday meetings or give Tom a call at 613-741-0741. Ticket sales are Not processed through our office.

Dec Prepaid Luncheons

$$$$ Oct – Dec Prepaid Luncheons – Members who Prepay their luncheons and had given us permission to charge their credit cards, have been charged $208.00 for October - December luncheons. ($26 x 8 = $208). Those members, who needed an invoice for processing, are encouraged to process the invoice upon receipt.

As previously confirmed, the 10 Luncheon booklet is no longer available and all members are to select one of the 2 remaining options:
1. Prepay your luncheons quarterly at the reduced rate of $26 per luncheon (Oct – Dec there are 8 meetings, 2 meetings per month for Jan-Mar, Apr-Mar, Jul-Sep)
2. Pay at the Door $33– you can pay cash, cheque or credit card. It would assist us greatly if you gave us permission to charge your credit card automatically whenever you attend. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the office.
