2018 Kiwanis Music Festival - National Capital Region

The 2018 version of the Kiwanis Music Festival is the 73rd version, and will take place between April 3 to April 28 in locations around Ottawa.

The Highlights concert on May 17th at 19:00, with special guest John Dapaah. Tickets can be purchased here.

Altogether, about 8,000 competitors will participate in the KIwanis Music Festival - National Capital Region, performing to audiences that will total over 15,000 people. This is only possible due to the efforts of over 400 volunteers, both Kiwanian and non-Kiwanian, who work for the KMF-NCR, giving over 9,000 hours of their time each year.

2017 Ottawa Kiwanis Music Festival (Mar 27 - Apr 29)

The 2017 version of the Kiwanis Music Festival is the 72nd version, and will take place between March 27 to April 29 in locations around Ottawa, with the Highlights concert on May 20th at 19:00. Tickets can be purchased here.

Kiwanis Luncheon - Kiwanis Music Festival - Kim Chadsey

Kim is the Executive Director of the Kiwanis Music Festival, National Capital Region. She is also a certified fundraising executive and former Executive Director of Operation Come Home, and, a fundraising trainer with the Canadian Association of Fairs.  Kim brings close to 20 years of fundraising and leadership experience, as well as a deep love of music and young people, to the Festival.  

She will provide a first-hand account of the exciting things that have been taking place over the last few years, including the establishment of a highly regarded Fall Concert highlighting the winners from Provincials and Nationals, and the creation of a new program aimed at helping youth who are street involved.

The 2015 version of the Kiwanis Music Festival is the 70th version, and will take place between April 6 to May2 in locations around Ottawa.

Altogether, about 10,000 competitors will participate in the KIwanis Music Fesitval - National Capital Region, performing to audiences that will total over 15,000 people. This is only possible due to the efforts of over 400 volunteers, both Kiwanian and non-Kiwanian, who work for the KMF-NCR, giving over 9,000 hours of their time each year.

The 2014 version of the Kiwanis Music Festival is the 69th version, and will take place between March 31 to May 3 in locations around Ottawa.

Altogether, about 10,000 competitors will participate in the KIwanis Music Fesitval - National Capital Region, performing to audiences that will total over 15,000 people. This is only possible due to the efforts of over 400 volunteers, both Kiwanian and non-Kiwanian, who work for the KMF-NCR, giving over 9,000 hours of their time each year.

2012 Kiwanis Music Festival Highlights Concert

 The highlights concert of  Kiwanis Music Festival featured performances from winners of the many of the festival categories.

The Festival is in its 67th year and has been running continuously since 1945. It became the Kiwanis Music Festival in 1985 when Kiwanis Clubs in the area became involved with the regular volunteers.

The Festival has its own web site set up by Gary Morton.
