The Kiwanis School Bus Program
On behalf of the students and staff at Featherstone Drive P.S., I would very much like to thank Stephen Tanner at Staples Bank Street and the Kiwanis Club of Ottawa for your very generous donation to our school last fall. Our school was selected along with a few others to receive many boxes of school supplies to distribute to needy students. We were thrilled to have received the supplies which were already made up in kits for primary, junior and intermediate students. Featherstone is comprised of approximately 420 students. Our school population is very diverse and we have many different languages which are spoken at the school. Our families greatly appreciate the support of the community and of organizations like the Kiwanis Club who support their children. Thanks again for your kind generosity Christine Lanos Principal Engagement A Kiwanian is a volunteer who agrees to commit their time, talent, energy and resources to be actively engaged in Kiwanis Club of Ottawa activities.
