Michael Harris expressed his views on the CSC (Correctional Service Canada) and the difficulties encountered with an increase in incarcerations versus the lack of facilities. He feels the public is often misled by CSC results on reintegration and says that 60% of inmates are return offenders. He disagrees with hardcore criminals being able to vote and feels inmates should be revoked of all privileges until they have proven themselves.
