The Early Bird Draws will be held on Monday, Dec. 9, and Tuesda, Dec. 10 and one lucky winner will win a prize package worth over $36,000. One thousand tickets will also be drawn and each of those Early Bird winners will receive an addition Dream of a Lifetime ticket. These lucky winners will each receive an additional Dream of a Lifetime lottery ticket.
