A Director on our Board of Directors, Bob Fisher was introduced to our Club by Les Morin in 2000. Les recognized that Bob was a super guy and knew he would be a good addition to our club. Bob has been a member of the Kiwanis Medical Foundation Committee, since 2003, as well as a Trustee. With his financial expertise, as Manager of Private Banking at the Bank of Nova Scotia, he provided valuable input on the committee discussions. He was Co-Chair of the Seniors/Hands-On Committee for 2 years, and worked at the Mayor’s Canada Day Breakfast for Seniors every year, and even volunteered his wife Suzan to join him to serve breakfast to the 4,000 Senior Citizens, at 7:00 in the morning. He also volunteers every year to serve lunch at our Seniors Christmas Party, on Christmas Day, and he is part of the hands-on gang that volunteers to help out at Camp Smitty each year.
