The success of Kiwanis International is largely due to the strong, effective, and active service of thousands of Kiwanians. Many of these dedicated individuals have achieved more than 25 years of service to Kiwanis, and they deserve recognition for helping make Kiwanis the great organization it is today.
The Legion of Honor Award of Kiwanis International has been created to assist in extending a token of appreciation to these Kiwanians, recognizing members with 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55,

Join us for this special luncheon, and to show your support of your fellow Kiwanians! See you on June 22nd!
What a wonderful luncheon! Past President Peter Patafie did a great job introducing the 11 Legion of Honour members celebrating their quinquennial anniversary, including 6 new 25-year Legion of Honour members. This brings the total Legion of Honour membership in our club to 46 members, who have been with Kiwanis for more than 25 years, and their total contribution is 1,608 years collectively. That is very impressive!
We were very pleased to be joined by Rev. Art Conrad, the longest serving member of our club, who was recognized for 65 years of service to Kiwanis! Congratulations to all! President Martin said, “Your dedication to Kiwanis and your community, is the backbone of our Club, and is the strength that has held us together for over 94 years!”
Thank you to everyone who made this celebration a success, including George Old for his wordsmithing, the McGarrys for picking up Rev Art, and Lynda Campbell for coordinating the presentations.
We were proud to officially induct 10 new members who joined our club in the past year. Guy Milne, Chair of our Membership Committee, stressed to the new members that they are building our Club’s future and with their contribution, we Can Make A Difference! Attendance: 70 members, 5 guests.
