Kiwanis Circle K Clubs are an extension of Kiwanis at the university level focusing on community service. The Kiwanis Club of Ottawa is proud to sponsor dynamic Circle K Clubs at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University.
These clubs are relatively unique as the University of Waterloo is the only other Circle K Club in Ontario. Circle K is intended to develop future Kiwanians and is a logical extension to the Kiwanis Key Clubs which are the sponsored high school clubs.
Kiwanis Circle K members are active, vibrant and impressive student ambassadors for the Kiwanis Club of Ottawa. Despite the fact that their lives are already full between their studies, part-time jobs and social activities, these young men and women commit themselves to making their community stronger through their volunteer efforts.
The Kiwanis Circle K Committee works with these future young leaders to assist them in their volunteer initiatives. Kiwanis also supports Circle K members through mentoring, networking and scholarship opportunities.
