Carve like a Champion Chef - Cordon Bleu

Le Cordon Bleu Paris - Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute and its Restaurant Signatures by Le Cordon Bleu Paris, will host a special event exclusively for members of the Kiwanis Club of Ottawa on February 7, 2002 at 7:00 PM.

World-renowned Chef Armando Baisas will demonstrate his extraordinary talent in fruit and vegetable carving.

Cocktails and canapes will follow the demonstration. Suggested dress is business casual. Please reserve early as tickets are limited to no more than 42 persons.
