Terry Ruffell, President of the Canadian Professional Sales Association, indicated that CPSA targets their training to not only new members, but to seasonal sales representatives. With a history of 130 years in the business, and 32,000 members, CPSA has a good track record of students who excel in sales. He noted, as well, that good sales people are also good business people, who know how to give back. Successful people will deal with people they trust, who are optimistic, and who care about their community.
