Former member Peter Andrews spoke about advances in his company including going public. Their projects include customer feedback kiosks for clients such as Royal Bank, The Bay, and Canadian Tire. They were responsible for collecting the results from a remote audience across the country on their opinions of the Iraq war issue, which was aired with Peter Mansbridge on CBC.
Peter also explained the process, practices and trends in managing the customer experience. Rather than using a process designed exclusively to increase revenue, they use a thorough and continuous process of customer feedback to determine real value for their customers.
