Weekly Meeting - Michel Desjardins - Customer Satisfaction

Michel Desjardins indicated there is a challenge in Canada for business men and women to understand and promote “service”. Hespoke on what makes a successful business - Focus on what your customers want and need, pay attention to their demographics, listen to complaints, review and resolve them, and promote employee satisfaction which in turn will promte customer satisfaction.

Congratulations Past Lt. Governor Linda Clifford-Dashney presented Past President Marcia Saipe and Past Honorary Secretary Janet Dodds with a pin for being recognized as a Distinguished Club for 1997-98. Linda remarked that leadership is important but a good leader only succeeds with the team effort of a great club.

Our club also received the following awards for 1997-98: Worldwide Service Project, Growth Award, Administrative Award and Service Project Award. Congratulations to us all!
