Chair of the Committee, Jeremy Moore gave special thanks to the Kiwanis members who continue to support the Golf Tournament which has raised $255,000 for our club in the 4 years since Clive Woolley brought the idea to our club.

Claude Turgeon, Executive Director of the Ottawa Boys and Girls Club, spoke about how powerful our influence can be for the youth and how getting them involved in a sport like golf helps to teach them integrity, sportsmanship and patience. Each one of us can make a difference, even if it is to just one child.

Thought for the week I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once.
