Turnover Party

Turnover Party (tern'o'ver par'te) n.   The fall ritual of changing Kiwanis Club of Ottawa's president marked with celebration by members, friends and spouses.  Outgoing and incoming Presidents are toasted, sometimes with alcoholic beverages.  All participants are fed and found to be smiling, laughing and frequently enjoying themselves.  Dancing is known to break out.

On Saturday, September 26, we will say goodbye and thank you to President Gary Flockton for steering a steady ship this past year. We will also welcome Wayne French into his new role as President.

A casual evening at Lone Star Ranch on Hunt Club West will put a smile on your face without draining your wallet at $50. per ticket for dinner and a dance.  So put on your best duds and cowboy hats, come solo or bring your favourite boot-scooting partner for music by Greg Campbell, our popular DJ!
