Larry was introduced to our club by the late Distinguished Lt. Governor Jack Gordon, in 1978 and he is a 25-year member of our Legion of Honour. He was Chair of the Camp Banting committee in 1979, a project that resulted in our club supporting this camp for Diabetic Children for 30 years before it was taken over by the Canadian Diabetes Association. As a Past President of our Club, Larry remains a very, very active member and contributes regularly to our Friday programmes. He has secured many speakers for our Club over the years and he was very instrumental in the coordination of the Kiwanis Medical Foundation luncheon program, and its guest speaker. Thanks for all your hard work Larry!
