He noted the lumber business previously on the upper west side of Ottawa which was the largest on the planet and he highlighted the changes to the Royal Ottawa Hospital, the Shaw Centre, and Lansdowne which involved 4,700 people. Chase the Ace Raffle – We started a new raffle that will see the Pot grow until someone pulls the Ace of Spades from a deck of cards. During the luncheons a raffle winner will be drawn. They receive 25% of the money collected PLUS they get to pull a card from the deck.  The Ace of Spades was not drawn by Botho von Hampeln, who gave us back the money he won so the Pot is currently at $72.75.  Raffle tickets are $2 each or $5 for 3.
