The cornerstone of the programming at the Maplesoft Centre is Cancer Coaching. Cancer coaching focuses on an individuals needs - physical, informational, emotional and spiritual - to help them meet the challenges of cancer and improve overall quality of life. In addition, our Wellness Programs and Healing Therapies focus on disease management, fitness/exercise, nutrition/cooking and mind-body-spirit balance.
